About the Founder

Barbara (Barb) is the founder and owner of Bayketo, a premium dessert brand built around clean ingredients, uncompromising standards, and a belief that indulgence should never require settling. A mother of two sons and a longtime advocate of intentional living, Barbara cares deeply about what she eats and what she feeds her family. Her journey into healthy living began more than 16 years ago through a Paleo lifestyle that helped her address her own health issues over time, and it has since evolved into an animal-based approach grounded in performance, discipline, and clean eating. Bayketo reflects the standards she lives by every day: quality first, no shortcuts, and no compromise.
