Products and delivery dates are subject to availability. We may update product offerings, prices, or availability at any time. If we cannot fulfill an order you placed, we will contact you to discuss a substitute, cancellation, or refund, as applicable.
Orders and payment
Please review your order, delivery address, and contact information before checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Payment is processed by Stripe/Squarespace. We may cancel or decline an order if we cannot verify it, the product is unavailable, or an error affected the order details or price. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Food, ingredients, and allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens. Review the ingredients and allergen information provided for each product and contact us at support@bayketo.com before ordering if you have questions. Bayketo cannot guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular allergy or dietary need unless that is expressly stated for that product.
Delivery
Delivery is currently limited to eligible Tri‑Valley addresses. Delivery fees, available dates, and time windows are shown at checkout. See our Delivery & Shipping Policy for delivery details and steps to take if an order is late, missing, or compromised.
Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted. See our Refund & Order Issue Policy to report an order problem or request a cancellation.
